New Review, Jan 19, 2024 Another great shopping organic foods evening at Mountain Mama's. Always the best foods anywhere and their selection of high fiber and tasty nuts and snacks is amazing. Great customer service from very knowledgeable staff. 5 Thumbs Up always! A quick stop will serve you well, had the best grilled cheese sandwich and take home comfort foods chicken pot pies ever! Excellent customer service and always friendly and helpful.

Good store but absolutely terrible customer service. Charged almost 30 bucks for some tiny dog bully sticks. Went home and gave my dog 1 of them. Looked at the receipt and realized they were $26. Called the guy and he said you can’t return them with the receipt. Price was completely hidden in the store. Unreal, what a shame. Plus everything they make is vegan. Kind of annoying too. Oh and most of the folks at the register are not very friendly.

The store is great and so is the atmosphere. I'm vegan and a regular, a neighbor and I love shopping there, despite being more expensive than most places. I've given 5 stars in the past. Unfortunately, after tonight's experience, I doubt I'll be going back. There's a "no backpack inside the store policy" which I agree. However, before tonight, my wife and I were never asked to leave our backpacks at the register. "OK! No problem". We did so. As we walked through the isles picking up our items, we noticed several other customers, with their backpacks, large bags, purses and fanny packs. Upon checking out, I asked why the discrimination towards us exclusively. Both girls at the register were very rude, didn't make the slightest effort to be kind, and all they did was to repeat again and again that it's the store's policy. I told them that I was feeling discriminated, and all they did was to offer a phone number to contact a general manager during regular business hours. (No thank you! I trust Google Reviews more). As all this unpleasant situation was unfolding upon check out, more customers were walking right in undisturbed with their bags. Be prepared! It's a lottery I guess. (2/8/24 - 5:19pm)

If you’re looking for whole wheat grains for grinding your own wheat flour, Mountain Mama Natural Foods is the place here in Colorado Springs. They have a good selection and variety of whole grain options. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Mountain Mama Natural Foods also has a Smoothie and Sandwich Shop inside the store. Check them out for all your organic food needs.

I won’t go lower than a 3 star because I love their deli, produce and supplements. Nice neighborhood feel. My issue is with the rewards program, the offers expire so quickly it is hard to use them. I had an email for $10 of $100 and came in a few days late and the cashier would not even consider applying it although I did indeed spend over $100. I am a longtime customer and was disappointed.

There’s an excellent little coffee shop inside where I got a breve (smallest size with two shots) and it was good espresso. They also have breakfast, including bread baked in-house and vegan options! (The morning I went, one of the options was vegan oatmeal.) The grocery store and deli/to-go selection is very well stocked. It is expensive but worth it for the selection. Lots of vegan, vegetarian, and GF prepared foods, including fancy desserts like vegan tres leches cakes. Just a lovely store. We were traveling, but would LOVE to have a place like this back home. P S. There is a restroom; get the key from the cashier.
